My name is Lindsay. I am a British mum of two girls and wife to my Spanish husband currently living in sunny Austin, Texas. I love feeding the 4 tummies in our house everyday. My Spanish food obsession began in 2000 when I first met my husband. We’ve lived in Barcelona and Madrid and have traveled a lot all over the beautiful country that is Spain. We return every year to visit family and friends (with the exception of the last one).

Why do I like Spanish food so much? Well I love garlic! I also crave food that uses fresh ingredients at their best, is uncomplicated and bursting with flavor. I write easy and authentic Spanish recipes using simple ingredients that bring back memories of our time there. Please join me in my kitchen and make some memories for those that you love.
